Mr. Willie L. Watson, Jr., husband of Patricia Watson, son of Willie L. and Carrie M. Watson, Sr., passed Sunday, December 15, 2024.

He was a member of St. Mark United Methodist Church.  Those who knew Willie, knew he never met a stranger.  He was an avid bowler and loved music and dancing.  In his spare time, you would catch him watching some of his favorite teams play, Florida State Seminoles and the Washington (Redskins) Commanders; along with, spending time with his family.

Left to cherish fond and loving memories including his wife Patricia are his daughter, Keisha Watson of Greenville, SC; siblings, Betty (Joe) Wheeler and Jackie Drummond both of Wellford, SC and Judy (Michael) Durham and Pastor Martha Cartwright both of Greer, SC; five grandchildren including Tasmia Williams of Greenville, SC; along with a host of other family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Louise McClintock.

Funeral service will take place on Monday, December 23, 2024, 11:00 AM at St. Mark United Methodist Church under the leadership of Rev. Dr. Carlton McClam, Sr., with public viewing starting prior to the service beginning at 10:00 AM until 10:45AM. Following the service, we will have military honors.
